Podcasting has been a part of my life for more than a decade. I wouldn’t be narrating audiobooks if it hadn’t been for a podcast novel series called The Secret World Chronicle (written by Mercedes Lackey, Cody Martin, Dennis Lee, and me, with earlier episodes including Steve Libbey). Podcast fiction is alive and well, through award-winning podcasts that provide authors a paying market for their short fiction and authors’ personal podcasts that bring stories and serialized works to their dedicated listeners. Some of my authors have their own feeds through Patreon or private subscriptions, and I’ve contributed to their projects alongside longer audio projects. Podcasting continues to thrive, so why not take advantage of a medium that has been so good to me for so many years?

As I work through the blog posts here, you’ll see the podcast feed grow and populate with extended blog posts, cross-posts from other podcasts, and promos from upcoming books. Should I include something else? Please drop me a note, and I’ll do my best to incorporate those ideas!
